8.7.2021 We bought a boat

For those who may not know, our main purpose for relocating to Florida was to begin our dream of buying a catamaran for world travel and cruising. We made our move in June 2021 and after approximately one month of our search, we found and bought a boat!

Here's a glimpse at Windancer IV from the seller's feature sheet. She is a 2011 Lagoon 440 owner's version catamaran; this means that one hull is a "master" cabin and the other hull hosts two guest cabins. What's super unique about her is that she is hull #1, which means the first made! The previous owners, John and Ziggy, fully outfitted her for blue water cruising and world circumnavigation. She's currently located in Grenada and we are officially under contract! We'll be traveling to Grenada in a couple weeks to complete the survey and sea trial (boat version of inspection).
